What we store
Account identity, profile settings, roles, hashed license keys, installation records, security events and encrypted third-party refresh tokens where you connect a service.
What stays local
Your After Effects projects, media, audio analysis and local caption model data are not uploaded by the storefront or license API.
Payments
Stripe processes payment details. MotionGlass receives the checkout status, amount, plan and customer contact information required for fulfillment; card numbers do not reach our servers.
Control
You can ask support@motionglass.studio for account data help or deletion, subject to records we must retain for security, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
